## For A Role

Send:

- role title and remote setup;
- product domain and team context;
- stack and systems involved;
- expected ownership in the first month;
- current pain: speed, reliability, integrations, AI workflow, DevOps, internal tools, support load;
- hiring process and timeline;
- links to the vacancy, product, docs, or technical description if public.

## For A Fixed-Scope Project

If you want a concrete menu before writing, start with

Send:

- business process or problem;
- current tools, data sources, APIs, databases, spreadsheets, chats, or documents;
- what "done" means in practical terms;
- required output: MVP, working slice, integration adapter, AI workflow, internal tool, DevOps fix,
  runbook, or recovery plan;
- deadline and budget range;
- access constraints: credentials, test data, hosting, compliance, language, timezone;
- required handoff depth: docs only, tests, deployment, monitoring, operator guide, or support.

## For A Technical Review

Send:

- repository or system link;
- what is failing or unclear;
- logs, screenshots, or error text if safe to share;
- what changed recently;
- what must not be broken;
- how you currently verify success.

I will usually respond with:

- the risky assumptions;
- the smallest responsible first slice;
- what evidence should prove it works;
- what should wait until after the first working path.
